摘要
以庞庞塔煤矿5107综放孤岛工作面为工程背景,综合运用理论分析、钻孔窥视、围岩强度测试、数值模拟等手段,对该工作面矿压显现规律、煤柱稳定性及巷道支护结构和支护参数等进行了系统研究。结果表明:5107孤岛工作面上、下端分别留设30和25 m宽的煤柱较为合理;采用屈服强度为500 MPa的高强锚杆,配合?21.8 mm锚索联合支护,能够满足巷道支护要求。
Taking the 5107 island working face of fully mechanized caving in Pang Pang-ta coal mine as the engineering background,a systematic study on the distribution of advance supporting pressure,the stability of coal pillar and the supporting structure and parameters of roadway support were carried out by means of theoretical analysis,borehole peeping,surrounding rock strength test,numerical simulation and stress monitoring.The results show that it is reasonable to set 30 m and 25 m wide coal pillars at the upper and lower part in 5107 island working face,and the combined support scheme of high-strength anchor bolt with yield strength of 500 MPa and anchor cable with diameter of 21.8 mm can meet the support requirements of the roadway.
