摘要
为准确检测牛结核病,降低因假阳性检测结果对牛误杀造成的经济损失,运用牛结核病比较皮内变态反应试验和γ-干扰素体外检测试验,对新疆昌吉市2个规模养殖场的540头奶牛同时进行检测,汇总交叉结果,在无金标准的情况下,采用建立的贝叶斯模型评估两种免疫学诊断方法的敏感性和特异性。结果显示:比较皮内变态反应试验的敏感性为78.0%(55.1%~93.0%),特异性为97.8%(96.6%~98.8%);γ-干扰素体外检测试验敏感性为87.1%(73.4%~95.5%),特异性为98.1%(96.9%~99.0%)。进一步证实了使用γ-干扰素体外检测试验检测牛结核病的准确性会更高。同时也提示,在实际检测工作中,还应综合考虑养殖场的牛患病率、检测成本等因素;选择最适合的检测方法。
In order to accurately detect bovine tuberculosis and to reduce any economic loss caused by manslaughter of cattle due to false-positive test results,540 cows were simultaneously tested by use of single intradermal comparative cervical tuberculin test(SICTT)and interferon-γtest(IFN-γ)in two large-scale farms in Changji City of Xinjiang,and the results were crossed and summarized,then the sensitivity and specificity of the two methods were evaluated by Bayesian model in the absence of a gold standard.The results showed that the sensitivity and specificity of SICTT were 78.0%(55.1%–93.0%)and 97.8%(96.6%–98.8%)respectively,and those of IFN-γwere 87.1%(73.4%–95.5%)and 98.1%(96.9%–99.0%)respectively,indicating that IFN-γwas more accurate in detection of bovine tuberculosis.It was suggested that the optimal method should be used in consideration of the prevalence rate in farms,test cost and other factors in practice.
