摘要
研究了用钛白废酸处理硫酸渣,降低硫酸渣中硫、砷等杂质含量,再经重选得到铁精粉,考察了废酸浓度、液固体积质量比、反应时间等对硫酸渣脱硫脱砷的影响。结果表明:在废酸质量浓度120g/L、液固体积质量比2.5、温度30℃条件下搅拌3h,硫酸渣中铁质量分数达57.02%,硫、砷质量分数分别降至0.45%和0.05%;进一步重选得到铁质量分数62.5%的铁精粉。处理过程中产生的废水用电石渣中和后可循环使用,实现了“以废治废”。
The high-quality powdered iron was prepared by the reactions of titanium waste acid and pyrite cinder to decrease impurities of sulfur and arsenic and gravity separation.The effects of waste acid concentration,liquid-to-solid ratio,reaction temperature and reaction time on desulfurization and dearsenification were discussed.The results show that iron,sulfur and arsenic contents are 57.02%,0.45%and 0.05%,respectively under the optimized conditions of waste acid concentration of 120g/L,liquid-to-solid ratio of 2.5,30℃and 3hours.The high-quality powdered iron(Fe content is 62.5%)is obtained by gravity separation.In the process,the waste water can be recycled after being neutralized with carbide slag.Waste control by wastes is realized in the whole process.
