摘要
目的比较结膜下注射与眼内注射在葡萄膜炎所致黄斑水肿患者中的效果。方法选取2018年1月~2019年3月在我院接受治疗的72例葡萄膜炎性黄斑水肿患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(36例)与研究组(36例)。对照组患者采取曲安奈德结膜下注射,研究组患者采取曲安奈德眼内注射治疗,对两组患者的最佳矫正视力、黄斑中心凹厚度、治疗效果进行对比研究。结果研究组术后1、2、3个月的最佳矫正视力高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后1、2、3个月的黄斑中心凹厚度薄于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对葡萄膜炎性黄斑水肿患者,采取曲安奈德眼内注射,可以提高患者治疗效果,促进患者视力的矫正,具有较高临床应用价值。
Objective To compare the effect of subconjunctival injection and intraocular injection in patients with macular edema caused by uveitis.Methods A total of 72 patients with macular edema caused by uveitis who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to March 2019 were selected.All patients were randomly divided into the control group(n=36)and the study group(n=36).Patients in the control group received Triamcinolone by subconjunctival injection;and patients in the study group received Triamcinolone by intraocular injection.The optimal corrected visual acuity,macular fovea thickness,and therapeutic effect of patients in two groups were compared.Results The optimal corrected visual acuities in the study group were higher than those in the control group at 1,2,and 3 months after operation with statistical significance(P<0.05).The thickness of macular fovea was thinner than that of the control group at 1,2,and 3 months after operation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effect rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intraocular injection of triamcinolone in patients with macular edema due to uveitis can improve the treatment effect,and promote the correction of patient's vision,which has high clinical application value.
