摘要
目的探讨依那普利联合非洛地平治疗老年高血压合并冠心病患者的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的100例老年高血压合并冠心病患者,根据治疗方案将其分为对照组(50例,非洛地平)和观察组(50例,依那普利+非洛地平)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组的SBP、DBP及TG、TC水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组的TNF-α、ET-1、TIMP-1水平均降低,NO水平均升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组的LVEF、CO均增高,LVEDD、IMT均降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组的Scr、UAER、BUN水平均降低,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗过程中,观察组缺血状态的总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论依那普利联合非洛地平治疗老年高血压合并冠心病患者能有效降低血压、血脂水平,控制炎症因子水平,保护心功能及肾功能,且安全性较高。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of enalapril combined with felodipine on elderly patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease.Methods One hundred elderly patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease admitted in our hospital were selected and divided into control group(50 cases,felodipine)and observation group(50 cases,enalapril+felodipine)according to the treatment plan.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,SBP,DBP,the levels of TG and TC in both groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05);the levels of TNF-α,ET-1 and TIMP-1 in both groups decreased,the levels of NO increased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05);LVEF and CO in both groups increased,LVEDD and IMT decreased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05);the levels of Scr,UAER and BUN in both groups decreased,and those in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment,the total incidence of ischemic state in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Enalapril combined with felodipine on elderly patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease can effectively reduce blood pressure and blood lipid levels,control the levels of inflammatory factors,and protect heart function and renal function,with high safety.
