摘要
新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的突然爆发给综合医院的护理管理工作带来了严峻挑战。苏州市某三级甲等医院综合护理部充分发挥其职能作用,通过科学化规范落实、可持续调配支援、苏城码精准防控、楼长制督查工作、信息化及时培训、人性化全面保障等,保证了护理工作的正常有序进行,对医院系统的正常循环起到了有力地促进作用。
The outbreak of COVID-19 has brought severe challenges to the nursing management in general hospitals.The nursing department of a third-class general hospital in Suzhou played its role fully in terms of the scientific and standardized implementation,sustainable deployment and support,precise prevention and control of Suzhou Code,building director system supervision,timely information training and comprehensive human-oriented guarantee,which ensured the normal and orderly progress of nursing work and played a strong role in promoting the orderly work in the hospital.
