摘要
本科教育是大学教育之根本,高校学生工作的重要力量之一是班主任工作。本文分析了当前本科生培养中存在的主要问题,深入剖析了“坚持以本为本,推进四个回归”对高校班主任工作提出的新要求,结合理论创新、管理创新、制度创新,提出创新型班主任考核与激励机制,旨在新时代背景下,促进发挥高校班主任对大学生成长成才的重要作用,使之倾心培养出祖国的建设者和接班人。
Undergraduate education is the foundation of university education.One of the important forces of university student work is the effort of class teachers.The paper analyzed the main problems in the current undergraduate training,discussed in depth the new requirements for the work of class teachers in universities based on the principles of"adhering to the foundation and advancing the four regressions".Combined the innovation of theory,management and system,an innovative assessment and incentive mechanism for class teachers was proposed to promote the class teachers of universities to play an important role in the growth and development of the students of universities in the new era,so as to cultivate the builders and successors for the motherland.
