摘要
目的比较沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片与缬沙坦片治疗慢性心衰的疗效。方法选取我院2017年9月~2018年3月60例慢性心衰的患者,随机分成对照组(醛固酮拮抗剂、β受体阻滞剂、缬沙坦片金三角抗心衰治疗)和治疗组(醛固酮拮抗剂、β受体阻滞剂、沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片抗心衰治疗),治疗6个月后对比EF值、左室舒张末期内径、住院频率、BNP数值、NYHA分级及6 min步行试验结果。结果治疗6个月后,两组都有良好疗效,治疗组比对照组疗效更好,提高了EF数值,缩小左室舒张末期内径,改善NYHA分级及6 min步行试验结果,降低BNP数值及患者住院率,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论治疗组(醛固酮拮抗剂、β受体阻滞剂、沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片抗心衰治疗)疗效更佳,可较好地改善患者症状,提高EF数值,缩小左室舒张末期内径,改善NYHA分级及6 min步行试验结果,降低BNP数值及患者住院率。
Objective To compare the efficacy of sacubitril valsartan sodium tablets and valsartan tablets in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods 60 patients with chronic heart failure from September 2017 to March 2018 in our hospital were randomly divided into control group with anti-heart failure treatment of aldosterone antagonist,beta blocker,valsartan tablet and treatment group with anti-heart failure treatment of aldosterone antagonist,beta blocker,sirubatrafloxacin sodium tablets.The EF value,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter,hospitalization frequency,BNP value,NYHA grading and six-minute walk test results after 6 months of treatment were compared.Results After 6 months of treatment,both groups had good curative effect.And the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.In the treatment group,EF value was increased,left ventricular end diastolic diameter was reduced,NYHA grade and six minute walking test results were improved,BNP value and hospitalization rate were decreased,and there was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment group with anti-heart failure treatment of aldosterone antagonist,beta blocker,sirubatrafloxacin sodium tablets has better effect,which can improve the symptoms of patients,improve the EF value,and reduce the left ventricular end-diastolic internal diameter,improve NYHA classification and six-minute walk test results,and reduce BNP values and patient hospitalization rates.
