摘要
随着我国经济的快速发展,国家越来越重视现有专业性的海外公路工程建设。为了进一步加大承包商的履约程度,降低施工过程中的风险,必须要对其进行严格的风险管控。因此,论文主要针对现阶段的海外公路工程施工管理进行简要分析,并提出合理化建议。
With the rapid development of China's economy,the state has paid more and more attention to the existing specialized overseas highway engineering construction.In order to further increase the contractor's performance and reduce the risk in the construction process,it is necessary to carry out strict risk control.Therefore,this paper mainly analyzes the construction management of overseas highway project at the present stage,and puts forward some reasonable suggestions.
