摘要
CaLaCo联合置换是近年来高性能永磁铁氧体领域内的重要研究方向,以高性能永磁铁氧体的磁性能提升机理为基础,结合批量生产过程中主配方、球磨、成型和烧结等具体工艺环节,提出了实现高性能化的生产工艺和技术要求。并给出了我公司生产的新一代高性能永磁铁氧体材料的性能参数。
CaLaCo-substituted ferrite is an important research subject in the field of high performance hard magnet ferrite in recent years.According to the mechanism of magnetic properties improvement of high performance hard magnet ferrite,this paper puts forward the production process and technical requirements for high performance ferrite based on the main formula,ball grinding,molding and sintering in the mass production process.The performance parameters of the new generation of high performance ferrite material produced by our company are given.
