The war writing of new immigrant literature in North America is a cross-cultural creation influenced by both Chinese and Western cultures,it focus on the wars in modern Chinese history and the calamities of war experienced by overseas Chinese, from a humanitarian standpoint, writes the forgotten history, reflects on the cruelty of the war. From a unique perspective, the authors pay attention to the low and marginal groups, and create the brilliant images of special heroes. They also use diasporic writing as a metaphor for self-identity,and use the perspective of globalization to dispel Western hegemony and construct the legitimacy of identity. These works highlight the double perspective of the writers and highlight the collision and dialogue between Chinese and Western cultures.
