摘要
目的探讨七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液对青少年轻中度近视者调节功能的影响。方法选择7~12岁近视者100例(200只眼),均分为A、B两组,分别滴用七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液和羧甲基纤维素钠滴眼液1个月,在用药前、用药1月及停药1月时,检查两组的调节幅度及调节灵敏度,行同一时间点的组间比较及组内不同时间点的前后比较。结果在轻中度近视者中,七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液能提高其调节幅度(P=0.001),药效可维持到停药1月时(P<0.001);能提高其调节灵敏度(P=0.003),药效可维持到停药1月时(P=0.007)。羧甲基纤维素钠滴眼液亦能提高轻中度近视者的调节幅度(P<0.001)及调节灵敏度(P=0.04),药效均能维持到停药1月时。结论七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液能提高青少年轻中度近视者的调节幅度和调节灵敏度,这种效果和羧甲基纤维素钠滴眼液的效果类似。
Objective To investigate the effect of esculin and digitalisglycosides eye drops on regulating function of adolescents with mild or moderate myopia.Methods We selected 100 cases(200 eyes)aged 7~12 years old with mild or moderate myopia.They were randomly divided into A and B groups.Then,esculin and digitalisglycosides eye drops were used in the group A and carboxymethylcellulose sodium eye drops in the group B.The course of treatment was 1 month.The accommodative amplitude and accommodative sensitivity were tested before and after 1 month of treatment as well as after 1 month of stopping medicine in the two groups.Results Esculin and digitalisglycosides eye drops could improve the accommodative amplitude(P=0.001)and the efficacy could be maintained for 1 month of stopping medicine(P<0.001).It also could improve the accommodative sensitivity(P=0.003)and the efficacy was maintained for 1 month of stopping medicine(P=0.007).Carboxymethylcellulose sodium eye drops also improved the accommodative amplitude(P<0.001)and the accommodative sensitivity(P=0.04)and the efficacy was maintained for 1 month of stopping medicine.Conclusion Esculin and digitalisglycosides eye drops could improve the accommodative amplitude and the accommodative sensitivity of adolescents with mild or moderate myopia.This effect was similar to that of carboxymethylcellulose sodium eye drops.
