摘要
发展医养结合养老服务是我国积极应对人口老龄化、改善老年人健康状况的有效举措。对山东省226家医养结合机构的调查分析发现,目前医养结合养老机构整体服务效率不高,总体入住率较低,盈利状况不佳。对服务效率及其影响因素进行回归分析发现,机构类型、经营方式、机构规模、入住老人人均月收费等因素对机构服务效率有显著影响。通过对服务效率影响因素进一步讨论,提出从整合各项优惠措施、加强民营机构的扶持力度、适度控制机构的建设规模等方面提升医养结合养老机构的服务效率。
"Medical-nursing Integration " old-age service is an effective measure in deal with aging of population and improving the health of the elderly in China. An investigation in 226 "Medical-nursing Integration" old-age service institutions in Shandong Province reveals that the institutions’ service is inefficiency, the bed occupancy rate is low and the profitability is poor. Performed a regression analysis to Institutions’ services efficiency and influencing factors finds out that the type and the scale of a "Medical-nursing Integration" old-age service institution,the forms of a institutions’ management,the average monthly cost have significant influence on institution’s service efficiency. After further discussion on the influencing factors of service efficiency, this paper puts forward policy recommendations to promote the efficiency of the institutions: Integrating all preferential measures,strengthening the supporting of private Institutions, controlling the construction scales of institutions etc.
