玻璃升降器是车门系统中一个重要子系统,故障率较高。升降器的型式试验是其量产前一个重要的主动评价方式,提高其试验结果的准确性对于缩短开发周期、降低开发成本有着极其重要的意义。介绍玻璃升降器型式试验中常见误区,并给出相关解决方案。
The motor vehicles-window regulator is an important subsystem of the door system,with a high failure rate.The type test of window lifter is an important active evaluation method before its production.Improving the accuracy of test results is of great significance to shorten the development cycle and reduce the development cost.The common mistakes in type test of the window regulator were introduced and related solving schemes were given.
