摘要
营运货车抗侧翻稳定性是车辆的一项重要安全技术性能。在分析营运货车抗侧翻稳定性测试评价方法的基础上,按照JT/T 1178.1—2018和JT/T 884—2014标准要求,选取某重型载货汽车设计了定半径变车速和定车速变转角实车试验,并根据试验结果对车辆的稳态响应进行了评价对比分析。分析结果表明:定车速变转角试验能够更好地反映测试车辆的抗侧翻稳定性能极限,有利于营运货车抗侧翻稳定性评价。
Anti-rolling stability is one of important safety performances of commercial vehicles,based on analysis of the test and evaluation method of anti-rolling stability of commercial vehicle.According to requirements of the standards of JT/T 1178.1—2018 and JT/T 884—2014,a series of real vehicle tests under constant radius with variable speed and constant speed with variable angle were designed for a heavy truck,then the steady-state response of the vehicle was evaluated and analyzed.The results show that the constant vehicle speed and variable angle test can better reflect the anti-rolling stability performance limit of the test vehicle,which can benefit the evaluation of anti-rolling stability for commercial vehicles.
