摘要
为对隧道沉降和变形进行预控,提出三轴搅拌桩格栅加固的方法进行地基处理,加固宽度为盾构左右两侧各0.5倍洞径,加固深度贯穿淤泥质土进入软弱层以下0.5m。利用有限元模型分析了地面最不利交通荷载情况下,隧道全断面加固及半断面加固对其结构受力变形的影响。结果表明:两种加固方案均能有效减小隧道沉降和收敛。综合考虑结构安全及工程经济性,本工程可选用半断面加固方案。
In this study,the reinforcement method of triaxial stirring pile-grid was proposed to control the tunnel’s settlement and deformation in deep soft ground.The reinforcement width was 4.25m,and the depth was from the silt soil down to 0.5m below the deep soft layer.The finite element method was applied to analyze the tunnel’s stress and deformation with ground loading and two reinforcement methods,full section reinforcement and half section reinforcement.It was found that both reinforcement schemes can reduce the eccentricity of tunnel under compression.Considering the structural safety and engineering economy,it is suggested that the half-section reinforcement scheme be selected for this project.
