摘要
目的研究自拟温肾调经汤治疗肾虚血瘀证多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的效果。方法选取某院肾虚血瘀证PCOS患者92例(2014年5月~2019年5月),按照随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,各46例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用自拟温肾调经汤治疗。比较两组治疗前、治疗3个月经周期后血清性激素水平[黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、睾酮(T)]、中医证候积分及排卵率、妊娠率。结果治疗3个月经周期后两组FSH水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3个月经周期后观察组LH、T水平均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组排卵率80.43%、妊娠率50.00%,均大于对照组60.87%、19.57%(P<0.05)。结论自拟温肾调经汤治疗肾虚血瘀证PCOS能改善血清性激素水平,降低中医证候积分,提高排卵率、妊娠率。
Objective To study the effect of self-made Wenshen Tiaojing Decoction on polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods Ninety-two patients with PCOS with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome(May 2014 to May 2019)were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with self-made Wenshen Tiaojing Decoction based on the control group.The serum sex hormone levels[luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),testosterone(T)],TCM syndrome score,ovulation rate,and pregnancy rate were compared between the two groups before and after the three menstrual cycles.Results There was no significant difference in FSH levels between the two groups after three menstrual cycles(P>0.05);After three menstrual cycles of treatment,the LH and T levels in the observation group were smaller than those in the control group(P<0.05);After three menstrual cycles of treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The ovulation rate in the observation group was 80.43%,and the pregnancy rate was 50.00%,which was greater than the control group's 60.87%and 19.57%(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-made Wenshen Tiaojing Decoction for the treatment of PCOS with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome can improve serum sex hormone levels,reduce TCM syndrome scores,increase ovulation rate and pregnancy rate.
