摘要
矿山资源开采企业电耗支出占生产成本的比重较大,也是最有挖掘潜力的地方。随着政府提出高质量、跨越式发展的要求,降低电耗成本,提升经济效益成为一条重要的路径。为此,我们在节能降耗方面做了大量切实有效试的试验性工作,并取得了显著的成效。通过介绍稀土永磁电机的组成原理和优缺点,以及通过具体生产实践所获得的数据,对试验前后的经济效益进行对比分析,表明了稀土永磁电机与普通异步电机相比更加节能,并建议推广使用。
The electricity consumption of mining enterprises accounts for a large proportion of the production cost,which is also the place with the most potential.With the requirement of high quality and leap forward development put forward by the government,it is an important way to reduce the cost of electricity consumption and improve the economic efficiency.Therefore,we have done a lot of practical and effective experimental work in energy saving and consumption reduction,and achieved remarkable results.This paper introduces the composition principle,advantages and disadvantages of the rare earth permanent magnet motor,as well as the data obtained through the specific production practice,and makes a comparative analysis of the economic benefits before and after the test.It shows that the rare earth permanent magnet motor is more energy-saving than the ordinary asynchronous motor,and it is recommended to be promotion and application.
