摘要
针对点阵块壳单元模型求解时间过长的问题,研究可行的简化建模方法。首先建立了反映点阵材料细节特征的壳单元锥台点阵模型,进行匀速异面压缩仿真,得到精细模型的压缩特性参数;然后基于PAM-CRASH软件材料库中41号材料建立等效的实体单元点阵块压缩仿真模型。对比了壳单元和实体单元建模仿真得到的碰撞响应特征曲线,结果表明,实体单元模型在触发力、平台力、压实应变以及吸能量等方面与壳单元模型吻合性良好,用实体单元建立的模型单元数量和求解时间更少,以实体单元替代壳单元建模可以提高求解效率。
Aiming at a lot of time for the shell element model solving,it present a feasible simplifying modeling method.First,a shell element lattice model which could show specific details of lattice is built to simulate the uniform out-of-plane crushing behavior.The crushing parameters of detailed model are obtained.Then a solid element model based on the 41 material in PAM-CRASH progress is built to explore the feasibility of replacing the shell model with solid model by comparing the force-displacement curve,internal energy-displacement curve and energy absorption parameter.The comparison result shows that the solid model and shell model reach good agreement in peak force,plateau force,compaction strain and energy absorption.The size and the solving time of solid model are much less than the shell model.Replacing the shell model with solid model can rise solve efficiency.
