摘要
建筑行业作为直接关系到国计民生的基础性行业,在国民经济发展中扮演了极其重要的助推角色。当前,我国城市地下空间与人防工程建设正处于高速发展阶段,城市地下空间开发和人防工程利用有很多的相通点,无论是从结构还是功能上都可以“融合开发”。主要介绍了在融合开发的方案设计阶段,如何合理的布置平面与结构,使设计方案更加的经济、安全、合理,提升整个项目的工程经济性。从而取得极为可观的经济效益与社会效益,节省项目不必要的投资。
As a basic industry directly related to the na2tional economy and people's livelihood,the construction industry has played an extremely important role in promoting the development of the national economy.At present,China’s urban underground space and civil air defense engineering construction are at a high-speed development stage.There are many similarities between the development of urban underground space and the use of civil air defense engineering.In terms of both structure and function,they can be“integrated and developed”.This article mainly introduces how to rationally arrange the plane and structure during the design phase of the fusion development,so that the design solution is more economical,safe,and reasonable,enhancing the engineering economics of the entire project.In this way,considerable economic and social benefits can be obtained,and unnecessary investment in the project can be saved.
