3个冬油菜品种不同生育时期土壤磷素特征 被引量:2

Characteristics of soil phosphorus in different growth stages of three winter rape

摘要 以3个冬油菜品种(陇油7号,天油4号,陇油8号)不同生育时期(出苗期、五叶期、十叶期、返青期、现蕾期)采集的土壤样品为对象,对土壤的全磷(TP)、速效磷(AP)、有机磷(orP)和无机磷(inP)及无机磷组分铝磷(AL-P)、铁磷(Fe-P)、钙磷(Ga-P)和闭蓄态磷(O-P)含量及动态变化进行分析。结果表明:(1)3个冬油菜品种不同生育时期土壤全磷和速效磷含量分别为1.347~1.694 g/kg和0.060~0.117 g/kg,土壤全磷和速效磷均属于较高水平。(2)土壤中的磷素以无机磷为主(1.018~1.398 g/kg),占全磷总量的75.58%~82.53%;无机磷组分以钙磷(Ga-P)含量最高,占无机磷总量的58.15%~70.93%;其次是铝磷(AL-P),占9.98%~11.80%;闭蓄态磷(O-P)占4.65%~4.94%;铁磷(Fe-P)最少,占1.15%~1.29%。(3)3个冬油菜品种土壤无机磷总量随着冬油菜的生长先降低后增加,有机磷含量的变化与之一致;土壤铝磷与闭蓄态磷的含量也是随着冬油菜的生长先降低后增加;钙磷含量随着冬油菜的生长呈现“M”型的变化趋势,而铁磷的含量则出现与之完全相反的“W”型。(4)3个冬油菜品种在不同生育时期土壤全磷含量间无显著差异;在越冬前陇油7号的各土壤磷组分含量大体上都低于其他两个品种的冬油菜。 Phosphorus is an essential element for growth and development of plants.Along with nitrogen and potassium,it is one of the three main elements of plant nutrition.In this study,content and dynamic changes in phosphorus formations(total P,available P,organic P,and inorganic P)and inorganic phosphorus components(AL-P,Fe-P,Ca-P,and O-P)of three winter rapes(Longyou 7,Tianyou 4,Longyou 8)growing soil were investigated..The purpose of this project is to examine the alterations of soil P in different growth stages(seeding,five-and ten-leaf,returning stages and squaring period)of three winter rape.The results showed that:(1)The content of total P and available P were 1.347~1.694 g/kg and 0.060~0.117 g/kg respectively in different growth period of three winter rape,and the content of total P and available P were all at high level.(2)Inorganic phosphorus(1.018~1.398 g/kg)was mainly phosphorus in the soil,accounting for 75.58%~82.53%of the total phosphorus.Ca-P content was the highest,accounting for 58.15%~70.93%of the total inorganic phosphorus;followed by AL-P,accounting for 9.98%~11.80%;O-P accounting for 4.65%~4.94%;Fe-P was the least,accounting for 1.15%~1.29%.(3)The content of inorganic phosphorus,organic phosphorus,Al-P and O-P in the soil of three winter rape varieties decreased first and then increased with the growth of winter rape.The Ca-P content in the soil exhibited a M-shaped with the growth of winter rape,but Fe-P content in the soil showing a“W”type distribution pattern.(4)There was no significant difference in soil total phosphorus content between the three varieties of winter rape in different growth periods.Before overwintering,the content of various soil phosphorus components of Longyou 7 was substantially lower than that of the other two varieties of winter rape,indicating that Longyou7 had a strong ability to absorb soil phosphorus and was more suitable for planting here.The results of this study have helped to gain a better understanding of the changes of different stages on the soil phosphorus c
