摘要
经过60多年的发展,我国航空工业实现了产业规模、产业创新能力快速提升,开创了航空强国建设的新局面。但从价值链视角看,存在技术供给能力不足、在价值链的中低端位置锁定的问题。未来我国航空工业向价值链中高端位置的攀升,航空强国建设既要聚焦数字化改造生产制造环节,又要重视向研发服务环节的延伸。
Having developed for over 60 years, Chinese aviation industry has rapidly improved the industrial scale and industrial innovation capability, and has created a new stage in building a strong aviation country. However, from the perspective of the value chain, there is a problem of insufficient technical supply capacity and locking in the medium-low end of the value chain. To move Chinese aviation industry up to the medium-high end of the value chain, building a strong aviation country should focus on the digital transformation of manufacturing process, and the extension to the R&D service.
