摘要
[目的/意义]为帮助学界全面且系统地了解社会认知理论在信息系统领域的应用与发展,在后续研究中拓展其适用情境,充分发挥理论应用价值。[方法/过程]本文对国内外信息系统领域内基于社会认知理论的相关研究成果进行检索和梳理,总结了研究取得的成果、问题以及未来研究的方向。[结果/结论]信息系统领域内关于社会认知理论的研究主要集中在“社会认知理论在在线学习行为中的应用”、“社会认知理论在在线社交行为的应用”、“社会认知理论在信息技术使用及成瘾行为中的应用”、“社会认知理论在信息安全防护中的应用”等4个方面;研究中存在“缺少环境作用于个体具体机制”、“行为对个体认知及环境的反作用”、“对自我效能具体类型和倾向判断”等相关研究问题;探索环境对个体认知及行为的影响以及行为对个体认知和环境的反作用、不同类型的自我效能对个体行为的作用等是未来值得关注的研究方向。
[Purpose/Significance]In order to help the academia comprehensively and systematically understand the application and development of social cognition theory in the field of information system,expand its applicable situation in the follow-up research,and give full play to the theoretical application value.[Method/Process]This paper retrieved and sorted out the relevant research results based on social cognition theory in the field of information systems at home and abroad,and summarized the research results and future research directions.[Result/Conclusion]Information system in the field of social cognitive theory research mainly concentrated in the“social cognitive theory in the application of online learning behavior”,“social cognitive theory in the applications of online social behavior”,“social cognitive theory in the application of information technology use and addiction behavior”,“social cognitive theory application in information security behavior”and so on four sorts of application research;There were some problems in the research,such as the lack of environment acting on individual specific mechanism,the reaction of behavior to individual and environment,the judgment of specific types and tendencies of self-efficacy.Exploring the influence of environment on individual cognition and behavior,the reaction of behavior on individual cognition and environment,and the effect of different types of self-efficacy on individual behavior were the research directions worthy of attention in the future.
