数字化交付在连铸工程建设及生产中的应用 被引量:2

Application of digital delivery in continuous casting engineering construction and production

摘要 为实现某钢厂连铸的智能制造转型升级,解决原先蓝图交付中信息割裂、查询和使用困难,信息无法向全生命周期延伸等问题,采用了全新的数字化交付模式。分析了数字化交付的特点,整理了数据中心的数据类型,明确了交付需要建立的标准,规范了数字化交付需要建立的流程,确定了数字化交付的功能范围。通过数字化交付可为工程公司提升协同工作能力,并加速其向全生命周期服务提供商的角色转变;为生产企业建立数字资产,促进工厂数字化运营系统及实现智能制造的快速发展。 In order to achieve the transformation and upgrading of continuous manufacturing of intelligent manufacturing in a domestic steel plant,to solve the problems of information fragmentation,query and use in the original blueprint delivery,and the inability to extend the information to the full life cycle,a new digital delivery model was adopted. The characteristics of digital delivery was analyzed,the data types of the data center was organized,the standards that need to be established for delivery was clarified,the processes that need to be established for digital delivery was regulated,and the functional scope of digital delivery was determined. Through digital delivery,engineering companies can improve their ability to work collaboratively and accelerate their role as full-life-cycle service providers;establish digital assets for production companies,promote the digital operation system of factories,and realize the rapid development of intelligent manufacturing.
