摘要
目前,随着我国进入法治时代,各行各业开始逐渐完善法治制度,加强法律风险防控。其中化工企业作为我国重要经济组成部分,法律风险防控至关重要。文章将对于法治时代下化工企业的法律风险防控进行分析,从而提出相应措施。
At present,as China enters the era of rule of law,all walks of life begin to gradually improve the rule of law system and strengthen the prevention and control of legal risks.Among them,chemical enterprises as an important part of our economy,legal risk prevention and control is very important.This paper will analyze the legal risk prevention and control of chemical enterprises in the era of rule of law,and put forward corresponding measures.
