摘要
采用气质联用法对百菌清中杂质六氯苯和十氯联苯进行定量测定,测定结果表明该分析方法中,六氯苯和十氯联苯的线性相关系数分别为0.9992和0.9994,相对标准偏差为0.15%和0.16%,变异系数为6.0%和7.6%,平均回收率100.01%和99.77%。该方法操作简便,结果准确,满足百菌清中六氯苯和十氯联苯的定量与定性分析要求。
A method of determination of hexachlorobenzene and chlorobiphenyl in chlorothalonil was established by GC-MS.The linear correlation coefficient of hexachlorobenzene and chlorobiphenyl were 0.9992和0.9994,the standard deviation were 0.15%和0.16%,the variation coefficient were 6.0%和7.6%,and the average recovery rate were 100.01%and 99.77%.The method,which is simplicity and accurate,can be used for the test for hexachlorobenzene and chlorobiphenyl in chlorothalonil.
