摘要
人才培养是高校的中心工作。教学管理部门和学生工作部门分别承担学生学业和德育建设任务,是高校人才培养核心的两个管理服务部门。两个部门应紧密围绕学业学风建设,注重工作交融,形成整体合力,一体化培养学生,全面提高人才培养质量。
Talent training is the central work of colleges and universities.The teaching management department and the student work department undertake the task of students'academic and moral education construction respectively,and they are two core management service departments of talent training in colleges and universities.According to this paper,the two departments should carry out their work around the construction of academic style of study,pay attention to the integration of work form the overall joint force,train students in an integrated way,and improve the quality of talent training in an all-round way.
