摘要
“五年一贯制”又被称作“中专起点大专教育”。“五年一贯制”学生由于家庭、学校和社会的发展对学生性格形成的影响,以及学生自身所具备的特点,给管理带来相当大的难度,为此,管理者应当结合学生存在的问题及其原因进行分析研究,提出有效的管理方法。
The Five-year Consistent System is also known as Tertiary Education with a Starting Point of Secondary Vocational Education.Family,school and social development play a role in the formation of students'personality.Moreover,students also have their own characteristics.Therefore,student management could be quite challenging in the Five-year Consistent System.Based on the analysis of students'problems and their causes,the paper puts forward effective management methods.
