摘要
为能更快地解决某国Ⅵ车型蒸发系统泄漏问题,通过收集大量故障案例,总结出故障产生的具体原因。根据蒸发系统故障诊断机理,读取故障码后,使用检测设备确认漏点是否存在,对系统硬件进行外观与密封性检查,从硬件和软件诊断策略两方面进行改进,取得了良好效果,未再发生蒸发系统泄漏故障。该方法明显提升了国Ⅵ车型燃油蒸发系统泄漏故障的解决速度,对主机厂类似问题的解决具有参考意义。
In order to solve the leakage problem of evaporation system of China national Ⅵ vehicle more quickly,through collecting a large number of fault cases,the specific causes of the fault are summarized.According to the fault diagnosis mechanism of the evaporation system,after reading the fault code,the detection equipment is used to confirm whether there is a leak.The appearance and tightness of the system hardware are checked.The improvement is made from both hardware and software diagnosis strategies.Good results have been achieved and no leakage fault of the evaporation system has occurred.The method obviously improves the speed of solving the leakage fault of the fuel evaporation system of the China national Ⅵ vehicle,and has reference significance for solving similar problems in the main engine plant.
