摘要
“景漂”是一种独特的陶瓷文化现象。当前,在中央、省委、市委大力推动景德镇国家陶瓷文化传承创新试验区建设的背景下,“景漂”必将为推动景德镇高质量跨越式发展发挥重要作用。本文首先介绍了景德镇国家陶瓷文化传承创新试验区建设的由来和主要任务,随后分析了“景漂”对景德镇国家陶瓷文化传承创新试验区建设的重要意义,进而探讨了如何围绕景德镇国家陶瓷文化传承创新试验区建设的实际需求对不同类型的“景漂”人才进行发掘的具体举措,以期为景德镇高质量跨越式发展注入人才动力提供理论分析和意见建议。
“Jing Piao(Jingdezhen drifters)”mirrors a unique phenomenon of ceramic culture.Nowadays.Under the background that the central government,the provincial party committee and the municipal party committee vigorously promote the construction of the Jingdezhen national ceramic culture inheritance and innovation pilot zone,"Jing Piao"will play an important role in promoting the leapfrog development of Jingdezhen with high quality.Firstly,this paper makes an introduction about the origin and primary mission of the construction of the Jingdezhen national ceramic culture inheritance and innovation pilot zone.Secondly,it analyzes the significance of"Jing Piao"to the construction of the pilot zone.Lastly,in order to provide theoretical analysis and suggestions for the improvement of talents’active power in the leapfrog development of Jingdezhen with high quality,this paper puts forward concrete measures for exploring different types of"Jing Piao"talents based on the actual needs of the construction of the Jingdezhen national ceramic culture inheritance and innovation pilot zone.
