摘要
文章分析高职高专生就业焦虑情绪原因,提出高职高专生就业焦虑心理调适策略。首先,利用网络增加教学互动性与体验感,创新就业心理教育模式;其次,搭建"互联网+"大数据平台,建立心理危机预警系统;再次,开展网络心理咨询,扩展心理咨询渠道;最后,加强网络道德教育,提高甄别信息能力,克服非理性行为。
This paper analyzes the causes of Employment Anxiety of vocational college students,and puts forward the psychological adjustment strategies of Employment Anxiety of vocational college students.First,we should use the Internet to increase the teaching interaction and experience sense,and innovate the employment psychological education mode;secondly,we should build the Internet plus big data platform and establish the psychological crisis early warning system;thirdly,we should carry out the network psychological consultation and expand the psychological consultation channel;finally,we should strengthen the moral education of the network,improve the ability of information screening and overcome irrational behavior.
