摘要
近年来,多学科协作诊疗模式(Multidisciplinary Team,MDT)一词在医学范围提及率不断提高,MDT为临床治疗提供了最优方案的可能。是否可以将该模式引入到医院财务管理中,组建多部门、多学科、多业务的团队,解决目前医院管理环境改变下所带来的财务部门职能与角色定位的转变,满足财务资源配置与价值管理的需求。
In recent years,"Multidisciplinary Team"(MDT)has been used more and more frequently in the medical field,and it has provided the possibility of the best scheme for clinical treatment.Taking comprehensive budget management as example,this article provided some thinking about whether MDT could be introduced into hospital financial management to solve the problems of financial department function and role change in the hospital and to accomplish the financial resource distribution and value management through organizing a team covering multiple departments,disciplines,and tasks.
