摘要
目的探讨肺癌患者死亡焦虑水平,明确其影响因素与疾病不确定感之间的相关性。方法抽取杭州市某三甲医院收住的肺癌患者126例,采用患者一般资料调查表、Mishel疾病不确定感量表、死亡焦虑量表对患者进行调查。结果肺癌患者死亡焦虑平均得分为47.06±8.09分,处于高死亡焦虑水平。患者死亡焦虑总分与疾病不确定感总分显著相关。同时,死亡焦虑维度与疾病不确定维度以及疾病复杂性维度均具有显著相关性。结论应注重对肺癌患者的健康教育,增加患者对疾病的认知,提高自我效能,降低死亡焦虑水平,缓解心理压力,提高生活质量。
Objective To describe the status quo of death anxiety level in patients with lung cancer and to explore the correlation between its influencing factors and uncertainty in illness.Methods A total of 126 patients admitted to a tertiary hospital in Hangzhou were selected by convenience sampling method.General information questionnaire,Mishel’s Uncertainty in Illness Scale(MUIS)and Death Anxiety Scale were used to investigate the patients.Results The average score of Death Anxiety Scale was 47.06±8.09,which was at the high level of death anxiety.The total score of Death Anxiety Scale was significantly correlated with the total score of MUIS.Meanwhile,the score of death anxiety dimension was significantly correlated with the score of uncertainty in illness and the complexity of illness.Conclusion Health education for patients with lung cancer should be emphasized to increase awareness of the illness,improve self-efficacy,reduce death anxiety,relieve psychological pressure and improve quality of life for the patients.
