摘要
海洋石油525/526船是中国首制纯LNG燃料动力海船,节能减排效果好。两船设计建造完全相同,运营过程中发现正常耗气量相差较大,为此结合实际操作案例,通过开展LNG消耗量上升因素分析,针对船舶污底进行了清污作业,使船舶能耗得到有效降低。
HYSY 525/526 tugs are the first pure LNG fueled marine vessels in China,which have the good effect of energy conservation and emission reduction.The design and construction of the two tugs are identical,but it is found that there is a large difference in normal gas consumption during ship operation.For this reason,combined with the actual operation case,the rising factors of LNG consumption are analyzed,and the hull bottom cleaning operation is carried out to effectively reduce the energy consumption.
