电解抛光对镍钛合金生物兼容性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用高氯酸和冰醋酸体积比为1∶18的混合溶液,在电流密度1.05 A/cm^2、抛光间距20 mm和温度15°C的条件下对镍钛合金管电解抛光90 s。对比了抛光前后镍钛合金管外表面的形貌、粗糙度(Ra)、亲水性、耐蚀性和生物相容性。结果表明,电解抛光后镍钛合金表面平整、光亮,Ra=51.1 nm,水接触角为44.2°,在Hank’s模拟体液中的耐蚀性和生物兼容性均有改善。 Nickel–titanium alloy tube was electrolytically polished in a mixture of perchloric acid and glacial acetic acid with a volume ratio of 1:18 at current density 1.05 A/cm^2,anode-to-cathode distance 20 mm,and temperature 15°C for 90 s.The morphology,roughness,hydrophilicity,corrosion resistance,and biocompatibility of the exterior surface of the nickel–titanium alloy tube with and without being electrolytically polished were compared.The results showed that the electrolytically polished nickel–titanium alloy tube was smooth and bright with a surface roughness(Ra)of 51.1 nm,a water contact angle of 44.2°,improved corrosion resistance,and higher biocompatibility in Hank’s simulated body fluid.
