摘要
本文介绍了一种金粉湿法提纯工艺改进方法,采用亚硫酸钠代替氨水浸出金粉。在液固比为5∶1,亚硫酸钠加入量为金粉量的75%,反应温度为35℃,反应时间为2 h时,该改进工艺可产出品位99.99%以上的金粉,同时达到改善生产环境的目的。
This paper introduces an improved method of wet purification of gold powder,which uses sodium sulfite to leach gold powder instead of ammonia water.When the liquid-solid ratio is 5∶1,the amount of sodium sulfite is 75% of the amount of gold powder,the reaction temperature of 35℃,the reaction time of 2 h,the improved process can produce gold powder with a grade of more than 99.99%,while achieving the purpose of improving the production environment.
