摘要
心理健康促进是健康中国的专项行动之一,按照中医治未病的思想,心理疾病需要提前预防,早诊断早治疗。当前中国心理疾病的高发人群主要有:A股股民、大学生、疾病患者、老年人等。对上述人群的心理疾病进行健康管理具有重要的意义。论文提出一种新颖的心理疾病健康管理模型。包括心理健康指标采集、建立患者健康档案、基于人工智能的健康大数据分析与评估、基于大数据评估的智能健康干预、基于专家系统的健康咨询与指导、健康干预效果评价,共6个模块。心理健康状态测试采用90项症状清单SCL90量表。针对采集到的健康数据,采用随机森林算法计算特征重要性,并对相关指标进行针对性的干预。设计了一个短信干预平台进行心理疾病的智能干预。治未病是中医的最高理念,基于治未病思想的健康管理是一个不断循环的过程。短信干预平台是健康干预的手段之一,还有一些其他的手段需要同时采用。模型把自己变成健康的负责人,是一种积极预防、主动治疗的新方式。同时该模型也适用于其他疾病的健康管理。
Mental health promotion is one of the special actions of health China.According to the idea of preventive treatment of disease,mental illness requires early prevention,diagnosis and treatment.Currently,people with the high incidence of mental illness in China mainly includes A-share investors,college students,disease patients and the elderly.It is of great significance to carry on mental illness health management to the above-mentioned population.A novel mental illness health management model is proposed.In this model,there are 6 modules including collection of mental health indicators,establishment of patient health records,analysis and evaluation of health big data based on artificial intelligence,intelligent health intervention based on big data evaluation,health consultation and guidance based on expert system,and evaluation of health intervention effect.The mental health status test was performed using the 90-item symptom checklist(SCL90)scale.According to the collected health data,the random forest algorithm was used to calculate the importance of characteristics and carry out targeted intervention on related indicators.A short message intervention platform was designed for intelligent intervention of mental illness.Prevention of disease is the highest pursuit of traditional Chinese medicine.Health management based on prevention of disease is a continuous process.Short message intervention platform is one of the means of health intervention,and some other means need to be adopted at the same time.It is a new way of active prevention and treatment to turn oneself into the person in charge of the health of mental illness.The model can also be applied to the health management of other diseases.
