摘要
开发和利用老年人力资源,是公共图书馆阅读服务的新着力点。目前,国外老年人力资源在阅读服务中得到广泛利用,而我国老年人力资源在阅读服务中很少得到开发和利用。在强调老年人力资源参与阅读服务重要性的基础上,提出转变阅读服务理念、拓宽阅读服务渠道、举办阅读服务活动、健全阅读服务机制等一系列开发和利用老年人力资源的措施。
The development and utilization of the elderly human resources is a new focus of reading services in public libraries. At present, the elderly human resources in foreign countries are widely used in reading services,while the elderly human resources in China are almost not developed and utilized in reading services. Based on this, on the basis of emphasizing the importance of the elderly human resources participating in reading service, this paper puts forward a series of measures to develop and utilize the elderly human resources, such as changing the concept of reading service, broadening the channels of reading service, holding reading service activities, and improving the mechanism of reading service.
