核桃叶水浸提液对药材种子萌发及幼苗生长的化感效应 被引量:6

Allelopathic Effects of Walnut Leaves Aqueous Extracts on Seed Germination and Seedling Growth of Four Medicinal Plants

摘要 【目的】为探明核桃叶水浸提液对白术、板蓝根、远志和丹参4种药材种子萌发及幼苗生长的化感效应,为林-药复合种植模式提供理论依据。【方法】利用培养皿滤纸法进行生物测定,研究核桃叶不同浓度水浸提液对4种不同受体植物种子的萌发、幼苗生长及幼苗鲜重的影响。【结果】不同浓度浸提液对板蓝根种子的发芽势呈抑制作用,对白术种子的发芽率有低浓度促进高浓度抑制的双重效应,而远志在整个种子萌发过程中对浸提液有很好的适应性。核桃叶水浸提液中的水溶性化感物质对受体植物的幼根比幼苗更为敏感,随着浸提液浓度的增加,对丹参根长生长抑制作用增强。【结论】核桃叶水浸提液的化感效应和化感作用强度因受体植物种类的不同而表现出选择性和专一性,初步确定远志为核桃间作的适合药材品种。 【Objective】The objective of this study is to elucidate the allelopathic effects of walnut leaves aqueous extracts on 4 medicinal plants(Isatis tinctoria L.,Atractylodes macrocephal Koidz.,Polygala tenuifolia Willd.and Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.),and provide a theoretical basis for the intercropping between the Chinese herbs and forest.【Method】By using bio-assay method,the allelopathic effects of walnut(Juglans regia L.)leaves aqueous extracts were investigated on the seed germination,seedling growth and fresh weight of 4 medicinal plants.【Result】The results showed that the aqueous extracts of walnut leaves existed different allelopathic effects on different test medicinal plants.All aqueous extracts significantly inhibited the germination capacity of I.tinctoria.,but for A.macrocephala,there existed inhibitory/stimulatory effects on the germination rate,and P.Willd.had good adaptability during the seed germination process under the aqueous extracts of walnut leaves.The root length were more sensitive than shoot length to the water-soluble allelochemicals of walnut leaf aqueous extracts,the inhibitory effect of root length of S.miltiorrhiza.was more enhanced with the concentrations increasing of walnut leaves aqueous extracts.【Conclusion】The studies suggested that there existed different effects with concentration of walnut leaf extracts and receptor plant species,so allelopathic effects exhibited different selectivity and specificity.We preliminarily suggest that Polygala tenuifolia Willd could be used as a suitable medicinal material for walnut intercropping.
