摘要
目的分析血必净结合胸腺五肽改善老年重症肺炎患者免疫状态及炎症因子的价值。方法纳入2017年5月至2018年5月广州市南沙区第六人民医院收治的200例老年重症肺炎患者,借助等距随机抽样法分为对照组和研究组,每组100例,对照组给予血必净治疗,研究组给予血必净联合胸腺五肽治疗,对比2组的临床疗效、免疫状态、炎症因子、肺功能、血气指标及不良反应。结果研究组的临床疗效(96%)高于对照组(77%);研究组的免疫状态、炎症因子、肺功能及血气指标与对照组相比改善显著;研究组的不良反应发生率(5%)低于对照组(20%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年重症肺炎在常规治疗的基础上配合血必净联合胸腺五肽治疗效果突出,可显著改善患者的相关指标,减少不良反应,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze the value of Xuebijing combined with thymopentapeptide for improving immune status and inflammatory factors in elderly patients with severe pneumonia.Methods Two hundred elderly patients with severe pneumonia admitted into the hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were enrolled as study subjects.With the help of isometric random sampling method,the patients were equally divided into the control and research groups.The control group was given Xuebijing,while the research group received Xuebijing combined with thymopentapeptide.Clinical efficacy,immune status,inflammatory cytokines,pulmonary function,blood gas index and adverse reactions were compared between the 2 groups.Results The immune status,inflammatory factors,pulmonary function and blood gas index of the research group were improved more significantly compared with those of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the research group(96%)was higher than that of the control group(77%).The rate of adverse reactions in the research group(5%)was obviously lower than that in the control group(20%)(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine therapy,combined treatment with Xuebijing and thymopentapeptide for severe pneumonia in elderly patients could achieve prominent effects,significantly improve relevant indicators of the patients and reduce adverse reactions.Therefore,it is worth further promotion.
