摘要
专业的师资是支撑学科专业建设与发展的关键力量。通过深度访谈6位来自高职院校学前教育专业的学科负责人发现,当前高职院校学前教育专业的教师队伍存在教师结构不合理、质量不高、青年教师教学压力大等一系列问题。据此,高职院校应对学前教育师资进行统筹规划,制定合理的师资建设方案;加强师资职后培养,提升现有师资质量;构建多元化的人才引进机制,逐步聚集行业优秀人才等。
The professional teachers are the key force to support the construction and development of disciplines and specialties. Through in-depth interviews with six subjects in charge of preschool education in higher vocational colleges, it is found that there are a series of problems such as unreasonable teacher structure, poor quality, and great teaching pressure on young teachers. To this end, countermeasures are puts forward from the perspective of higher vocational colleges and universities: To make clear the overall planning of preschool teachers training and formulate a reasonable teacher construction plan;to strengthen training for in-service teachers and improve the quality of existing teachers;to build a diversified talent introduction mechanism and gradually gather the outstanding talents from the industries.
