320排容积CT脑灌注迭代重建成像联合颈部CTA对慢性脑供血不足患者的应用价值研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨研究320排容积CT脑灌注迭代重建成像联合颈部CTA对慢性脑供血不足(CCCI)患者中的应用价值。方法将入住我院68例CCCI患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其平均分为两组,观察组患者采用320排容积CT脑灌注迭代重建成像联合颈部CTA检查,对照组患者采用常规的颈部CTA进行头颈部检查,比较两组患者诊断的精确率。结果观察组CCCI诊断精确率(94.12%)显著高于对照组(67.65%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 320排容积CT脑灌注迭代重建检查成像,能有效提高CCCI诊断精确率,在CCCI诊断中具有积极的应用价值。
