摘要
专业人才培养方案是职业院校人才培养的“施工图”,是职业院校高质量发展的基础。在职业教育新形势、新趋势要求下,职业院校应根据教育部《关于职业院校专业人才培养方案制订与实施工作的指导意见》和相关专业教学标准等相关文件,立足中高职衔接人才培养实际,对中高职衔接专业人才培养方案优化的目标、方法和关键进行梳理,为中高职衔接专业人才培养方案优化掌舵、护航,提升中高职衔接人才培养的质量。
The professional talent training programs are the“construction drawings”of talent training and the foundation of high-quality development of vocational colleges.Under the requirements of the new situation and new trends of vocational education,vocational colleges should base on the reality of secondary and higher vocational cohesive talent training and sort out the program optimization objectives,methods and key points according to the“Guiding Opinions on the Development and Implementation of Professional Talent Training Programs in Vocational Colleges”and related professional teaching standards and other relevant documents of the Ministry of Education,in order to promote the talent training quality.
