摘要
PLC网络结构基本可分为监控层和控制层,具体各层网络拓扑结构在实际应用中因投资费用、应用环境、操作要求的不同而产生差异,当然可靠程度也不尽相同,为避免网络中断保证较高的通讯可靠性,通常采用网络冗余方式。监控层主流以以太网为主,控制层西门子以PROFIBUSDP为主。本文就某企业石灰窑PLC系统为例剖析当前网络设计存在的问题,并提出当前控制网络结构的优化方案,实施改造后效果良好,未再发生通讯中断事件。
PLC Network structure can be divided into basic monitoring layer and control layer,each layer of network topology structure in practice because of the environment operation requirements of application of different investment costs and produce difference,of course,also have different reliability,in order to ensure the high reliability,usually using redundant mainstream is given priority to with Ethernet monitoring layer,control layer to Siemens PROFIBUS DP is given priority to,in this paper,the lime kiln PLC system as an example analyzes the current problems existing in the network configuration,network structure optimization,and put forward the current control after implementation effect is good.
