摘要
安全产业是为安全生产、防灾减灾、应急救援等安全保障活动提供专用技术、产品和服务的产业。为了更好地帮助地方确定未来安全产业的细分领域发展定位,以某市为例:首先通过综合赋权法,建立产业选择模型,结合安全产业目录,赋予各类因素评价指标和权值。接着通过计算,得出每一个细分领域的权重,确定某市安全产业中应大力发展、机会发展及谨慎关注的细分领域。最后通过分析行业发展趋势、面临机遇和自身特点,确定细分领域的具体发展重点。该方法可协助地方定位安全产业发展方向。后续还需细化跨行业指标权重的设定,以及专家评分的整合方式,消弭主观因素的影响。
Safety industry is an industry that provides special technologies,products and services for safety activities such as production safety,disaster prevention/reduction and emergency rescue.In order to help local areas determine the development direction of subdivisions of future safety industry,the model of industry selection is established through the method of comprehensive weighting method of a city.Firstly,the evaluation indexes and weights of various factors are given in accordance with the safety industry catalog.Then,through calculation,the weight of each subdivision is obtained and the subdivisions of the safety industry of a city that should be strongly supported,general supported and carefully supported are identified.Finally,development hotspots and priorities are identified by analyzing industry trends,opportunities and characteristics.This method could help the local areas decide the development direction of safety industry.In order to eliminate the influence of subjective factors,it is necessary to reline the indicator weight setting and the integration method of experts’evaluation in the future.
