摘要
子宫内膜癌总体预后较好,但随着该病发病率和死亡率不断上升,其防控形势日益严峻。随着医学的不断进步,子宫内膜癌的基础和临床研究均取得了较大进展,初步实现了子宫内膜癌的分子分型,早期子宫内膜癌前哨淋巴结显像和微创手术日益普及。本文就上述领域近期的研究进展进行综述。
Although the prognosis of endometrial carcinoma is good generally,however,with the increasing incidence and mortality,the situation of prevention and control of endometrial carcinoma is becoming more and more serious.In the past years,great progress has been made in the field of basic and clinical research of endometrial carcinoma.The molecular typing of endometrial carcinoma has been preliminarily proposed,sentinel lymph node imaging and microtraumatic operation of early stage endometrial carcinoma are generally accepted in clinical practices.Here we review the recent progress in these research fields mentioned above in this paper.
