摘要
针对传统基于反电动势的永磁同步电机(PMSM)位置估算方法中,PMSM定子电感等参数变化而导致位置估算不准的问题,提出一种基于脉冲电流的PMSM位置估算方法。在传统磁场定向控制(FOC)的框架下,通过将转速环输出的q轴参考电流信号控制为脉冲信号,在该信号为高电平时进行电机转矩输出,当该信号为低电平时进行位置估算。通过此方法进行位置估算完全不依赖电机参数,只与反电动势有关,即使电机参数随工况变化也不影响位置估算的准确性,仿真与实验结果表明所提位置估算方法的有效性。
Aiming at the position estimation method of the permanent magnetic synchronous motor(PMSM)based on back electromotive force,the problem of inaccurate position estimation is caused by the change of stator inductance and other parameters of PMSM,the position estimation of the PMSM based on pulse current is proposed.In the framework of the traditional field oriented control(FOC),by setting the q-axis reference current signal outputted by the speed loop as a pulse signal,the motor torque output is performed when the signal is at a high level and the position is estimated when the signal is at a low level.The position estimation by this method is completely independent of the motor parameters and is only related to the motor back electromotive force.Even if the motor parameters change with the working conditions,the accuracy of the position estimation will not be affected.The simulation and experimental results show the effectiveness of the proposed position estimation method.
