摘要
目的:探讨居家认知行为模式对乳腺癌术后化疗患者心理状态及希望水平的影响。方法:将2016年10月1日~2018年10月31日医院收治的108例乳腺癌术后化疗患者随机分为对照组和观察组各54例,对照组采用肿瘤科常规护理措施,观察组在常规护理基础上采用居家认知行为模式。比较两组患者心理状态及希望水平的变化。结果:将两组简明心境量表(POMS)评分中30项均纳入探索性因子进行分析,结果显示,KOM=0.759,P<0.05;两组干预前症状群为4项,干预后症状群为3项;与干预前比较,观察组干预后各症状群明显改善,而对照组干预后则无明显改善,干预后观察组各症状群均优于对照组;干预后观察组Herth希望量表评分升高,且高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:居家认知行为模式能够改善乳腺癌患者心理症状群和希望水平,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective:To investigate the influence of cognitive behavior pattern at home on the psychological state and hope level of patients with postoperative chemotherapy for breast cancer.Methods:A total of 108 patients with postoperative chemotherapy for breast cancer admitted to the hospital from October 1,2016 to October 31,2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 54 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing measures from the oncology department,and the observation group received home-based cognitive behavior mode based on routine nursing.The psychological state and hope level of the two groups were compared.Results:All 30 items in the POMS scores of the two groups were included in the exploratory factor analysis,and the results showed that KOM=0.759,P<0.05.There were 4 symptoms before intervention and 3 symptoms after intervention in the two groups.Compared with the control group before the intervention,the symptom groups of the observation group were significantly improved after the intervention,while the control group was not significantly improved after the intervention.The symptom groups of the observation group were superior to the control group after the intervention.After intervention,the Herth scale score in the observation group increased and was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The cognitive behavior model at home can improve the psychological symptoms and hope level of breast cancer patients,which has high clinical application value.
