摘要
新冠肺炎疫情爆发以来,智慧城市为公共危机的应对、流感疫情的防控和社会民生保障提供了重要支撑。但是,一些地区的城市智慧系统在疫情感知、回溯追踪、物资调配和社区服务等方面的表现并不尽如人意。结合智慧城市建设在此次疫情防控中的短板不足,分析其深层原因,并从明确概念、坚守原则、补足短板、突破思维、夯实基础及化危为机等方面提出对策建议,以期为应对以疫情防控为代表的公共危机提供建议参考。
Since the outbreak of Covid-19,the smart cities have provided important support for the response to public crises,the prevention and control of influenza epidemics,and the guarantee of social livelihood.However,in some areas the performance of urban intelligence systems in terms of epidemic awareness,retrospective tracking,material deployment,and community services is not satisfactory.Combined with the shortcomings of smart city construction in epidemic prevention and control,this paper analyzes its underlying causes,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions in terms of clarifying concepts,sticking to principles,supplementing shortcomings,thinking outside the box,consolidating the foundation,and turning crisis into opportunities,expecting to provide a certain reference for responding to public crises represented by epidemic prevention and control.
