摘要
石油地面工程企业实施“走出去”战略亟需加强法法律风险防控管理。从石油工程企业法律风险的概念、特征、成因进行了简要分析,对工程建设行业法律风险防控体系建设存在的问题、风险防控体系建设应坚持的指导思想、应采取的举措、方法及体质和内部制度建设进行了阐述。
The implementation of“going out”strategy of petroleum surface engineering enterprises needs to strengthen the legal risk prevention and control management.This paper briefly analyzes the concept,characteristics and causes of legal risk of enterprises,and expounds the problems existing in the construction of legal risk prevention and control system,the guiding ideology that should be adhered to in the construction of risk prevention and control system,the styles,methods that should be adopted,and the construction of constitution and system.
